LIVING HISTORY COMES ALIVE at the Princeton Battlefield
Join the Princeton Battlefield Society for a special Memorial Day program honoring the Patriots who fought for independence at the Battle of Princeton.
Through living history demonstrations, historical interpretation, and a memorial ceremony, visitors of all ages are invited to reflect on the sacrifices made during the Revolutionary War and commemorate those who helped shape the nation’s history.
As America approaches the 250th anniversary of independence, this gathering offers an opportunity to connect with the enduring legacy of Princeton’s pivotal role in the Revolution.

Revolutionary War Reenactors
Meet living history interpreters portraying Continental soldiers and experience the sights, stories, and traditions of the Revolutionary War era.
Colonel John Haslet & the 1st Delaware Regiment
Learn about Colonel John Haslet, one of the Revolution’s respected military leaders, and the courageous soldiers of the 1st Delaware Regiment who fought at the Battle of Princeton.
Memorial Ceremony at the Mercer Monument
Participate in a commemorative ceremony honoring those who served and sacrificed in the fight for American independence.
